In this page you will find details of forthcoming parish council meetings, agenda and minutes from previous meeting which are available for you to download.

Parish council meetings are open to the public so you are welcome to come along to listen to the proceedings. If you would like to speak at the meeting please advise us of your question in advance so that if we need to do some research to provide you with an answer we will be able to do this. Public speaking time is limited to 15 minutes, with speakers permitted to speak for 3 minutes.

Covid 19 - Face to face meetings will resume on the 7th May 2021 following the covid restrictions of 6 for indoor meetings. Arrangements are in place for the public to attend remotely. Should you wish to particpate in a meeting, please contact the clerk.

Annual Assembly
The Annual Assembly is held in March every year and is an opportunity for residents to receive an update on what issues the parish council has been dealing with on their behalf. Reports will also be heard from Thames Valley Police and the Olney Ward Councillor. There is a question and answers session at the end of each report and residents are also able to address other issues to the parish council.
