Parish council meetings are open to the public so you are welcome to come along to listen to the proceedings. If you would like to speak at the meeting please advise us of your question in advance so that if we need to do some research to provide you with an answer we will be able to do this. Public speaking time is limited to 15 minutes, with speakers permitted to speak for 3 minutes. 

 

The Annual Assembly is held in March every year and is an opportunity for residents to receive an update on what issues the parish council has been dealing with on their behalf. Reports will also be heard from Thames Valley Police and the Olney Ward Councillor. There is a question and answers session at the end of each report and residents are also able to address other issues to the parish council.
